I have never purchased a house from outside a state before. Not being able to visit homes directly, meant that I had to place a lot of trust in David, his communication style, and his flexibility. The fact that I was able to find a home I am happy with is thanks to his diligence in working with me.

David was an absolute life saver. As first-time home buyers, it was very overwhelming to buy a house in this market. David took care of setting up showings and working with the other realtors. He also helped us strategize and go in with the best offer that worked for us. David was very patient in walking us through the process. It was such a relief as David was our translator for all the complicated housing stuff. He always made himself available for last-minute showings in this crazy market and we really appreciated it. He is also extremely knowledgeable about houses and as we were doing showings he would point out flaws in the house that only the trained eye would pick up on. His commentary going through the houses was very helpful. I cannot recommend David enough!

It wasn't easy with the market being somewhat crazy at the time David was always willing to meet us when and if we wanted to see a house other than what he found for us. . Our experience with David as our realtor was outstanding!! He was very positive and knowledgeable regarding the real estate market meaning if something had changed within 24 hours he kept us posted on everything in a timely manner. Also if a deal didn’t work out he was very positive that we would find another deal that would work and we did find another deal that was much better. Overall our customer service experience was Great and I would highly recommend him.

David isn’t there to just sell houses, he’s there to help people find homes. He won’t settle for a house as much as you won’t. It took us a while and in the middle of a housing crises but David was patient and never pushy. He helped us from the beginning to after closing. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, honest, and very knowledgeable realtor.

We were first time home buyers and had many questions, all of which he was able to help us with. His expertise in our geographical location was extremely helpful, as we were particular in the type of neighborhoods that we wanted to live in. His assistance in giving advice for what we should look for in a house, red flags, negotiations, and how to move forward after our home purchase were incredibly helpful.
