I’m not certain that I had heard of Redfin prior to the day that I called David the first time. From that first call moving forward I was immediately provided with all of the information that I needed to make the best decisions , without pressure, moving forward. David and Adam immediately impressed me with his professionalism and prompt responses to my queries. If either needed to verify information they actually said so. Which for me builds my confidence in someone’s integrity, and work ethic. David and Adam not only made themselves available to alleviate the stresses of being a first time, property seller, they were listening error for someone recently behaved, needing to sell their childhood home. They heard me out and encouraged me, which was invaluable.
