Working with David and his team was a pleasure. My dad's condo was a tough sell, we knew going in that it needed some work. David did a great job marketing the condo to the right prospective buyers and we had many showings every week, ultimately getting a very fair price for what we had to offer. Any questions I had were always answered within a couple hours and he did a great job of reaching out whenever there was news to share. I'm glad I chose him, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a experienced, skilled realtor in the Chicago market.

David was absolutely perfect to work with. Aside from being totally knowledgeable about all things related to the process of buying a home, he was extremely patient and ready to explain anything and everything. He also helped us craft the perfect offer to get us into a home at the best price possible. Before working with David, I was unsure how necessary a realtor is. But I am certainly glad we went with him, and would call him again anytime we need a realtor.

Absolutely fantastic realtor. David really went above and beyond in every way to ensure all parts of the real estate transaction were done well. Mine had a lot of hiccups and moments that David and all of his recommendations for lawyers and lenders were able to smooth over. He was even there down to the last minute where I needed a document from the post office he went above and beyond to make sure that it was in my hands the day of closing as I couldn’t close without it! David is a 100% recommend from me and I have nothing but good things to say about his work.
