David did very little for the sale of this home. We are still waiting for answers to move in questions. David was not present at the final walk through and we had major issues with the sellers agent and final condition of the house at closing. There was no resolution to the issues. I think David could have and should have done more. I would not recommend.

Our escrow was very speedy. David was with us every minute. He was the most competent realtor we have ever had in a real estate transaction. We will use him again.

Spent a week looking at different places in Yucca Valley, David was the host, but nothing we liked. The house I bought, David demonstrated enthusiasm, (we were both on the same page previously looking), he knew it checked off some of my desires for a house in the desert. He sent a video, and I confirmed it was what I wanted without another return trip. Am not disappointed, but very pleased. Thanks.
