Right from the start David was excellent. We requested a tour on a Friday evening for the next morning and he was there on time and offered his insights on the property & renovations that already been completed. We opted to keep searching and sent him a list of six properties that we had interest in and he scheduled all six of them so we could tour them all on the same afternoon. He immediately knew which property we wanted but we opted to wait since the price was a little out of our budget but as soon as the price dropped he contacted us and we made an offer. My work schedule isn't traditional at all and I would email/text him at odd hours not expecting an immediate reply but he always replied quickly and got me the answers I wanted. I definitely felt like he was on our side and fighting for us to get the best possible deal. I will recommend him to my friends and family who are in the market without any hesitation.

David is friendly, energetic, a fun person to be around. He worked his tail off trying to help me find my 1st. home. He was aways on time, and even though other realtors with listings didn't do their jobs correct, David kept his cool and made things happen. In all honesty it was a pleasure to work with and buy a house with and from David!
