Can't say enough about Dave! This was our first home purchase, so definitely had a lot of questions and concerns about choosing the right property - Dave quickly resolved all of those worries. Very knowledgeable about everything - I was quite surprised he knew so much! He toured homes with us and pointed out areas of the home that were of concern so that we would know what to look for in other houses that we'd be looking at. We looked at probably close to 100 houses during our search and David was supportive and encouraging until we found the right house. The only suggestion we have is that we would encourage him to give his opinion more often. With such a competitive market, we valued his opinion and wish he has offered up a bit more freely. We understand it was so not to pressure us, but he is a smart guy and we respected that!

I was very happy that I found Dave. He has all the "cool features" I expected out of him as an agent. He represented my wife and me well as buyer's agent.
I found Dave was very easy to work with. He was very patient with us, from home searching to home touring, from writing offers to winning our offers.
Dave was very quick in responding to our questions. Sometimes it was 10pm and I saw his responded emails.
Dave was like a brother to us, took care at every single little thing and tried to come up with best possible approaches to make sure we would win our offer.

David is an incredibly positive and helpful agent. He was great at pointing out common things to look for in homes and was excellent at guiding us through the home buying process.
He didn't know the town(Marblehead) we were looking in at all and couldn't guide us on what to look for in terms of town neighboorhoods etc. In hindsight I don't think he was an aggressive enough negotiator. It felt like he more wanted the deal to go through than get the best price for us.
He was always incredibly responsive and supportive, which we really appreciated.

We are first time home buyers with a tight timeline that was a bit aggressive since we wanted to settle in before the kids started school.
