After helping me with a tour while finding my first home, I requested to be paired with him for the second purchase which included the sales of my first home. David worked quickly and kept his word. He and his team helped me put my first home on the market within 7 days, two open houses that first weekend, in contract within another 7 days, and closed within the month! This is especially impressive as my place was a condo and was able to strike a deal over asking. With the quick turnaround, he was able to help me secure my new place. Throughout both transactions , David helped me with inspections and walk throughs by sending his trusted agents during times I was unavailable. David is reliable, timely, communicative, will always keep your best interest at heart, and goes above and beyond for his clients. He is a wealth of knowledge in the field and the area, offering insights I would not have otherwise considered, answering all my questions, and referring me to lenders/inspectors/anyone else I needed during my home buying process. David has been really amazing. My home buying journey was not smooth with builder facing issues to get approval from government. Due to this it took 1 year to get the possession but david never left me stranding at any point. He would check religiously for updates and also spoke to builder regularly to ensure I am not being given false information. He assisted me in every step even if that was not part of his role as a estate agent. He always treated me as a friend from the beginning and we are good friends now. David made sure to give me honest advice without any bias which in todays world is as rare as it comes. It was mainly because of him my journey even though long has been really good. David also extends his help even after the deal is closed which is really awesome of him. I already recommended david to my friends in case they decide on buying a house and for all my estate needs I will be coming back to David.
