David has helped my family in 2 of the most stressful times in our lives. Buying our first home. He filtered through endless properties the fit the description of what we were looking for til we found our exact match, as well as helping me sell my mothers property after she died. The house was in need of repair and David ran point he knew everything that was going to need repairs so it could get approved for the proper financing and house sold, not only is David a great real estate agent but he actually understands building from a carpenters point of view being a carpenter my self i know how valuable that knowledge is when dealing in real estate. Hes a great guy with a beautiful family. I highly reccomend!

David Shea is the most knowledgeable real estate I've ever worked with. He's nearly instantaneously responsive to requests, he fully shared my enthusiasm for the property I ended up purchasing and he continues to follow up months later to ask how things are working out and if there is any way he can help. Very easy to work with- also knowledgeable about all that was needed to develop property, which was helpful to us - good at keeping in touch and answering questions- would use him again.

Very responsive and made the experience personal. He did such a great job with me as the buyer on my new home, that I asked him to list my prior home for sale, despite having just met him.
