David helped us buy our first home. Our friend recommended David to us and we were so lucky that we chose David. He is responsive: we never had any problem get a hold of him. From scheduling tours to discussing offers, he can always get back to us right away. He is professional: he never tried to talk us into buying a home, instead he tells us hidden problems of the house that we never thought of. When making offers, he will tell us we should not offer more when he thinks it does not worth the money. He is patient: for the first inspection report, we asked literally thirty questions. He answered all of them in great details without complaining. This year the market was crazy that we ended up spent a long time and made a lot of offers with him, but he treated us the equally good from day 1 to the end. He also has lots of connections with local people, from lenders to contractors. He continued to offer helps even after closing whenever we asked. I highly recommend David Tapper to anyone that is looking for an agent that really cares about you.

I got a lot of advice when searching for an agent to help us purchase our first family home. Much of it was recommendations for friends of friends who were agents. The Bay Area is a tough market and I like to go with the data so I triangulated agents with the most sales in our targeted areas with available reviews. We interviewed a number of agents and chose David... then hoped that we’d made the right decision. :) We were extremely fortunate to have chosen David. From the very start he was transparent and honest, advising us on when we should and should not buy. He never pressured us. He coached us on what to look for in terms of red flags in a home, how to add value in future, how much various renos would cost, and when to hold off because the market was not in our favor.
