My wife and I were moving cross country from Boston to San Diego and he was our eyes and ears when any new property came on the market. David provided videos of potential properties, recommended lenders, inspectors and even general contractors that made our lives a lot simpler. We actually ended up with two accepted offers with David, having to back out of the first one due to foundation issues. Couldn't be happier with David and his team.
Also, want to think Victoria Mazon (another Redfin superstar) getting us through a laundry list of inspections and negotiations while David was away. Thank you both so much!

I highly recommend David and his team to family, friends and colleagues. David arranged multiple viewings in less than a day's notice over a span of 6 months as we were constantly getting outbid by other multiple offers due to the "sellers" market. If David was not available for a showing, he had the support of his colleagues to assist. HIs transaction coordinator, Nile, was very thorough and timely with ensuring our deadlines were being met and all the while we were out of the country HALF of the escrow term! I enjoyed our experience and am so thankful to have closed on our new family home we've been waiting for! We wanted to buy the first house we saw, and David was our randomly assigned Redfin agent. We put an offer together that night, go a loan pre-approval letter, and wrote a letter to seller with David's help. David also found us the loan agent who got our pre-approval letter together that night. Our offer was accepted a few days later with the requirement of a 15 day escrow. David took care of finding and scheduling all the needed inspections for us because we didn't know what we were doing and had no time.
