Our experience with David was not positive at all. He provided minimal effort (felt like we had to manage the entire sale directly through the buyer's title agency ourselves), was a poor communicator (would respond to 3-4 sentence questions with a single word or emoji, ignoring our questions and showing indifference to our concerns), and felt overall like after signing the seller representation agreement he knew we were stuck, no longer cared about our specific needs as clients, didn't care how much money we got for our sale, and planned to do the bare minimum to sell our home, as we were just another sale to pad his stats for the year. Redfin is a great business model and they do care about their customers. Recommend picking a different agent though.
