David was amazing at helping us find our first home. We would highly recommend him. From outlining the home buying process in detail for us (before we even had to ask!) to providing super helpful information about the area, he was with us every step of the way. Working with David was great! He was very patient with me (and my family) and was persistent with showing us different properties. Every time I had a question, David would look into it and get back to me. He also had great recommendations for a real estate attorney and inspector that were reasonable in pricing and helpful. David is friendly and I never felt pressured to put in an offer for showings as with other realtors that can get pushy. I am thankful for his assistance in finding my new home.
