Dawn McSweyn is licensed in Oregon AND Washington and services the mid-Columbia River Gorge! She specializes in helping people on to the next chapter of their lives whether it's a senior trying to downsize or a first-time home buyer. Dawn was raised in Montana and her family built several houses, then lived in them for a few years and started another housing project. She has remodeled, flipped, moved, built, plus bought and sold dozens of homes. Dawn worked for a Title Company first then was a Computer Analyst at a major financial institution before going into Real Estate in 2006. She loves Real Estate and truly believes in Home Ownership!!
Dawn graduated with a BA in Business Administration and is very diligent to take care of her clients with her knowledge and expertise. Dawn is married to Vern Mohlis. They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Dawn also has dogs - she loves children and dogs! They work and play in the Columbia River Gorge area and are very active in the Gorge community! Dawn is on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce, active with Soroptimist International, active with Friends of the Library, and volunteers for several food pantries throughout the mid-Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington.
