I don’t hand out ten-star reviews lightly, in fact I almost never leave reviews at all... But I'll make an exception for Daydra because she absolutely earned it. We were juggling selling our old place in Tualatin while finishing moving to the new home she helped us purchase in Springfield—the kind of double-whammy that usually keeps you up at night. Thanks to Daydra, we actually slept. She's a Warm-hearted pro. From our first meet-up she was the perfect mix of friendly and fiercely capable. Daydra’s ability to gauge the market is outstanding. Daydra closed the deal for us in less than 30 days. The house was on the market for less than 24 hrs. Daydra’s level of professionalism is due to her dedication and ability to know what her client’s needs are. Specifically to this sale, I live in another state so preparing the home to be sold was challenging. Daydra is solution oriented and thankfully she saved me multiple trips to get the job done. Communicating with Daydra throughout this process is like chatting with an old friend. I will be recommending Daydra to friends and family for the foreseeable future.
