I am a 20-something first-time homeowner as of this Summer. This being said I had an extremely cautious approach entering this realm. The great breadth and depth of market and process knowledge, acute patience, and most importantly genuine care shown towards me from both Mr. O'Bryant and Maria Castelli at Irongate are what I needed in order to feel not only comfortable but also wholly confident when touring different homes and finally coming to a decision to purchase the one I wanted, and following this, when navigating the buyer's requirements while I was under contract. I check Redfin, I see an interesting home, I ask to see it and then Tim and/or Maria go out of their way to meet me there, many times within the hour and they never, ever pressured me on any occasion to come to a decision on it, either way. These two are true professionals with fiduciary character who treated me with complete respect, and now, I own a home!!!
