I cannot stress enough that we were too busy to sell our house when we listed it through Debbie in Oct 2020. We had only a few weeks to pack and clean as my wife had taken a job on the other coast and we were in the middle of finding housing there, enrolling a child in college, purchasing an RV for the cross country trip (which was a first and required a lot of planning) transferring my medical care as a post-heart transplant patient. Keep in mind, this was all at the height of the Covid Pandemic and I am immune-compromised which made showing the house a complicated and potentially dangerous situation. However, Debbie was organized and communicate to the point that selling the house ended up being the LEAST time-consuming and stressful thing in all of this. She sold the house the very first day of showing - it honestly seemed too easy and that we'd not done enough to help. We'd already left the state when it closed - she texted us while we were on the road hundreds of miles away. I'd normally have been very wary of leaving town before closing but Debbie took everything in hand and we barely had to think about it. Can't recommend her enough - she carried us through what could have been a disastrous, stressful time and took our biggest concern off of our shoulders so we could focus on other things. She's professional, but it felt like we were leaving our house in the hands of a trusted friend.

Debra is a true go getter. She represented myself and my husband as the buyer while simultaneously representing the seller. She has great knowledge of the real estate market and bent over backwards to make the process easy for both parties. I will always highly recommend Debra.
