Debbie had to manage a complicated escrow and put out many fires in just a few weeks, resulting in a successful sale. She kept me fully informed at all times. She puts in the needed effort to be successful for her clients. Her marketing was excellent. She beautifully staged the home and had professional photos and videos made, which resulted in the home selling in two days, above the listed price. She also advertised in a well-read real estate magazine. I can fully recommend Debbie. From my experience, I can truly say she is excellent.

Debbie was the selling agent of my IRVINE condo. She was extremely responsive and professional. She stayed on top of every single detail and got extremely involved with issues occurred along the way. Debbie Sagorin sold our home in one week! Yes, one week! We were so impressed with how organized and knowledge she was about our area in Woodbridge. Debbie was extremely helpful in preparing our house to sell by scheduling stagers and making some minor repair recommendations to help sell quickly. Debbie provided excellent service selling a property during a early phase of the pandemic. Her updates and communications were thorough and timely. Debbie implemented industry best practices for health, safety and marketing. Using “virtual staging” to show the property is one example. Debbie worked tirelessly managing a hundred details to bring a successful closing. Really glad to have Debbie as an agent for this sale.

Debbie was absolutely amazing! I entrusted her to sell my home of 26 years which was and always will be a huge part of my life and my girls! When we started this journey she met with me and explained the entire process and who knew when we started the curve balls life would throw us!
