Derek is FANTASTIC and helped us quickly buy a home when moving from out of state. He was very communicative via call and text, and even went to see a few places on our behalf where he walked us through via FaceTime. It was a competitive market, and he was very knowledgeable with great advice to help get our offer accepted. Derek has continued to be a wonderful resource with advice for the area months later.
