I called Derek out of the blue on a Wednesday and by Friday we looked at two houses (one twice), one more on Saturday and then made an offer the same day. He was quick to get us in to see them. Not planning on selling soon but when we do I would use Derek

I had a great experience working with Derek to purchase my oceanfront condo. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Derek’s personality positively glows when he’s showing properties. We have worked with him at two different times. When we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted Derek found our special place. He went above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced. The communication was always immediate. The closings went smoothly and quickly and Derek always was there to explain everything in layman’s terms. He’s the best.
