I have worked with a lot of different professionals over the years. Devone was by far the most professional level headed service provider I have ever encountered. She was honest and up front with me and didnt let me get distracted by the pretty things while I searched for a home that would work for my family and I. She kept me grounded. She was honest with me every step of the way, good or bad news and was overall an exceptional person to work with. I appreciate her very much and will use her for any real estate transaction I have in the future.

We used Devone's services to help open and close the transaction, we did not use her home search services. We found this home online and set up the viewing on our own. Since this was our 4th home purchase, we knew mostly what to expect and how the process was going to go.
Devone was extremely easy to work with, she made the process transparent. Our interactions were to the point and concise. The entire Redfin team were very helpful and made things easy.
Devone did help us coordinate and find inspectors, which were fabulous to work with.

She followed through on everything I asked her to do and she kept me in the loop throughout the process. When she wasn’t able to physically meet with me for any reason, she made sure to send one of her team members to help and they were outstanding as well! Devone has been a breath of fresh air and I’m so thankful that I got her as my agent. If I ever buy a house again in the future, I will definitely reach out to her. It was her hard work that helped me get the house I wanted and I am forever grateful to her for that.

Devone and I really gelled super well, I think because we have very similar personalities. I actually had fun on my house tours! She had a good sense of the neighborhoods we looked at and was able to help me see the pros and cons of each. Best of all, she was not at all pushing me to make a decision. She let me guide the process and decide when i was ready to put an offer in on a house I loved.
