We, of course, would not have gone with anyone besides Diane to sell our home and, BOY, are we glad we did! Within a few weeks we had a buyer who was going to purchase through FHA. The inspection went well, the buyers had solid finances and everything looked as though it was going to go without a hitch. But then the appraiser from hell entered the picture. Diane is reliable, qualified and pleasant to work with. She always follows up on every detail so we don't have to. She is honest and accurate on all her information. Diane has been our realtor for 8 years for residential and commercial properties locally and sometimes four counties away. She does her due diligence and makes every purchase or sale work out successfully for us. We wouldn't buy or sell anything without her representing us as she is a valuable asset when going through the process of buying/selling and escrow. She did a Great job this time, as always.
