I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Diane was everything I needed at a stressful time when I was forced to move and needed to find a home quickly in a challenging market. Diane REALLY CARES about her customers and that was so evident. Without her, I know I wouldn't have found the home that I did and it was WAY above my expectations. The home already had an accepted offer but she had me put in a backup offer and sure enough, it was perfect timing. She made it happen! She communicates well and often. She is super organized and is always thinking of ways she can be more helpful. She provides great resources and is super knowledgeable. As a first-time home buyer, I felt relaxed and enjoyed the whole experience, which is saying a lot. Diane is a diamond in the rough.

Diane was fantastic to work with! We were buying remotely, and I felt like she gave us very honest and thorough reviews of each property she visited for us. She was very flexible and very responsive and only sent properties that were within our price range and met our requirements. She never just sent an automated list or properties way over our budget. I couldn’t have asked for a better person! And I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

It was a great pleasure to work with Diane. She was very reactive and available. She was able to guide us through the process as we were first time home buyers. She is very detail oriented and pointed out potential issues that helped us negotiate with the sellers. She is very knowledgable and easy to work with as she was always anticipating our questions.
