Diego is a phenomenal realtor. I told him what I was looking for and my price range he went right to work. I was a first time buyer and he was able to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process. I started looking for properties while away in another state and Diego was still able to coordinate and overcome that obstacle. When it came down to it he was able to get me in a great property with everything I was looking for and get me a twenty thousand dollar discount. Just give Diego the chance to prove himself to you. If I could give Diego more than 5 stars, I would. He helped me sell my condo and helped me find a house, in that order. I indicated from the beginning I could never afford buying anything unless I sold my condo first. He was able to help me accomplish that. I never felt pressured by him into buying something over my budget only so that his commission would be higher, but the complete opposite. He was the force of reason when I wanted to buy something over my limit because I was fed up with looking for a home. He gave me hope and said everything would work out, and it did!
