We feel that we were poorly served, example - for sale sign not installed on property until after open house so property not properly advertised. Appears that "maybe" agent had a predetermined buyer and did not want competition from other buyers in a highly active selling market. Did not live up to hype when getting us to list property - no comp info, property listing info as she said we would have before open house. Just not satisfied that we had an honest agent.

The time frame to sell one home and buy another one in this market is extremally difficult. But with the Diehl team it went as smooth as glass. The sale of one home and the purchase to closings was less then 2 months. Everyone worked well together and this was the results.

Marty was there for us all the time. She did what I asked and worked with us to sell our property for a good price. Then helped us find a new house to live in until we get our new house built. The whole Diehl team was available to us 24 , 7 with anything they could do for us.
