Don made my house purchase a possibility. As a first time home buyer and with a desire to buy a used house, I was very skeptical about my purchase decision. Don made it almost effortless for me to learn about the nitty-gritty of structural integrity status of the used houses. He's been very patient, diligent and always available for all opportunities that arose during the time of my search. Needless to say he went above and beyond to get the stuff done for home buying experience. He's a great educator in every aspect of home buying. I found Don as a great human being that he is. I can't say enough great things about Don. He worked with us having our crazy work schedule. Went above and beyond helping us find our forever home. Not pushy at all understanding it's a huge purchase. Guided us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Actually we have already given his card to a coworker and all 3 of my kids have said they will use him when they are ready to buy.
