We had the privilege of working with Donavan twice in one year. During both experiences, Donavan demonstrated his professional and skilled work ethic to help us sell our current home at the time and purchase our replacement home. Donavan is professional, experienced, and personable. He has helped us buy 4 properties (and counting) and from the first showing to the close of escrow, the process has been smooth and simple. His communication is great, his insight is invaluable, and he always negotiates with his clients best interest in mind. He is well connected and experienced in his field which is priceless when buying a home. He recommended our mortgage lender, inspection company, and title company which only aided in our seamless buying process each time. Working with many realtors over the years I was pleased that Donavan listened to our wants and concerns. He was very good at pointing out things that we might have missed (i.e. condition of pool equip etc.) We were very pleased working with him in finding our new house.
