I thought I was lucky to have her as my agent for both selling and buying but I feel little disappointed after escrow closed and we moved into new place. She wasn't responsive as she used to be before and she didn't follow up with our complaints or problems for our new place even though I contacted her many times. I understand she was busy and she even said she was sorry but we didn't get her attention as much as before. This purchase is our eighth home and we always get final wrapping up from agent, but this time I feel forgotten and little dissatisfied.
