Probably the sharpest real estate agent I've worked with or spent time speaking with. Very knowledgeable when it came to our property and our specific neighborhood. I'd give him 10 stars except for the fact that we had poor communication from him at time. Ie letting our house listing expire without making sure we were aware that was the plan. To his credit he took the feedback and was much improved after that.
