Firstly, I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to tell you our thoughts on Donnie , the sellers agent. He was professional enough to return all phone calls we had made to him quickly and answered questions about the property we were interested in. One thing he does have to work on is a follow up on the cleanliness of the property. The sellers had left quite a bit of trash around the property. We told him our concerns about it. A few days later he came back with a call and said they had cleaned it up. He took their word for it without checking. We're left with a lot of trash to clean up ourselves. If Donnie would brush up on that problem we think he would be a fine member for Redfin. Thank you.
