Doris is very nice. She's a very good agent. 1, This is my first time to buy a house. There're many things I cannot figure out, she explained to me patiently. 2. I have some difficult in choosing. Doris took a lot of time to show me different condos within my budget. She helped me to carefully analyze pros and cons of the house from my perspective. 3. She was scolded by the seller listing agent because of my indecisiveness. She planned not to tell me about that. I wouldn't know about it if I had to go through the contract process.

We made our first home purchase with Chen and she is beyond excellent throughout the whole process. We spent every weekend over 2 months looking at home options and she has always been on time, diligent and proactively suggesting new homes. The tours with her were very educational. One month into the home tours our initial expectations and budget changed quite a bit, but Doris was able to quickly take in our requests and find new suitable options for us. We didn't have to worry about anything in the closing process and she was able to negotiate a great deal for our final purchase. It was a wonderful experience.

First, Doris is the best agent I have met! I start my home searching on Aug and have home close on Oct, during this periodic, I have selected more than 40 homes online first, Doris review each of them first, then give me comments. She show me the home onsite for more than 20 homes. One day she shows me 7 homes in a afternoon. Whenever I have question, she will reply to me in a hour. The home I purchased is a good home but back to market. She notice it in the first time and make a good offer-lower than 4% of market price. She also recommend me a good lender, which give me a very low rate with no point no fee, 2.375% for 1/7 ARM for loan. She even give me 1% rebate to close the home. In a word, she is a amazing agent!
