Doug helped us with the sale of our three houses. They went off without a hitch. The houses sold themselves. No screwups or problems. We did however see a big difference between the agents who represented our buyers and our agent. They were prompt, responsive, and actively engaged. We Would go in another direction if we were to do this again.

Doug helped us sell three houses. Sales went through without a hitch. The houses sold themselves and Doug got the paperwork done. We did notice a marked different between the buyers’ agents and ours. They tended to be significantly more proactive, engaged, prompt. We would go in another direction if we were to do this again.
