About Doug
My name is Doug Morgan and I have been selling real estate for over 30 years. I was born and grew up in the Atlanta metro area, moving to the North Georgia Mountains 12yrs ago. I specialize in working with both buyers and sellers assisting in the sale and purchase of residential properties. Our market is primarily a 2 home market so knowing how to handle out-of-town customers is essential to my business. I enjoy meeting people from all over the country looking to move to the mountains and purchase a 2nd home, and investment properties. When I am not selling real estate I volunteer for a pet rescue organization, Road Trip Home, fostering and assisting with the transportation of both dogs and cats to northern states for adoption. It is very gratifying to see these animals find their forever home. I have 2 dogs of my own, 1 being a rescue that I fostered. I am a member of the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors and 3 multiple listing services to better assist my clientele. I look forward to working with you!

Doug made relocating across the country as simple as it could be. He sent us homes via email as soon as the homes were available and he scheduled several days to spend with me when I flew to Georgia in the search of our home. He was never pushy, never rushed me, and was always looking out for our best interest. He was direct with everyone and this minimized the anxiety while waiting to know if we were going to get our house after the offer was given. I felt that he communicated and presented the best offer that fit our budget and honored our wishes. What really warms my heart was that he was willing to and did drive well over an hour for several days to pick me up at my hotel and take me looking for homes (not to mention the time it took him to get home and turn around the next day to come back). Doug never made me feel that it was an inconvenience and was always on time. Not to mention, I travelled to Georgia solo while my family stayed back home and I always felt safe in Doug’s presence. Doug Morgan is the best realtor in Georgia and he was a true blessing during and after a stressful time of transition for our family. We are forever grateful for Doug and his services.
