A very knowledgeable and friendly young man. He helped us out a lot by always keeping us on the right path in selling our home. He was upfront with telling us what we needed to do to get the house ready and what we needed to wait to do until we started to negotiate with a buyer. He was always available to us by the way of phone calls, text messages and emails. Knowing that I could reach out at any time and leave a message, knowing that he would get back to us asap, really gave us a comfortable feeling. We were out of our house and in another state, 1400 miles away when our house was listed and sold. Knowing that Dylan was always available to reach out to for help was great.
