About Eddie

Having grown up in the Greater Richmond Area, and moving back to Richmond in 2011, Eddie is familiar with a wide area in Central Virginia. He originally worked in commercial real estate for several years doing property and facilities management then transitioned into real estate sales. Eddie is a graduate of George Mason University and has a BS in Marketing. Eddie brings his market knowledge, experience, work ethic, Marketing degree, and attention to detail to guide all his clients through their real estate transactions. He has helped many clients buy and sell across Central Virginia. As an experienced buyer and seller agent, Eddie has put his marketing knowledge to work and helped clients who previously had an unsuccessful attempt to sell their home. He’s worked with first time home buyers, and with clients who are selling their current home and immediately buying their next home. He became a Realtor because of his passion for helping people and understands that buying and selling a home can be stressful and overwhelming at times. He breaks down each step of the transaction with his clients as he guides them through to closing. Eddie has a wife and two small children. In his spare time he enjoys fly fishing, canoe trips, winter camping, and reading.
