Edward is very knowledgeable about the area and the process. He has a good eye for assessing properties. His input and guidance were appreciated and well-timed. Most importantly, he listened to what we wanted to purchase and did not steer us towards properties we had no interest in. He is very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. Top notch service!!

Edward was an outstanding agent dyeing our 4 day whirlwind home purchase trip. He listened to our needs and timeline, pointed out features and flaws as we toured, had recommendations for services we needed on short notice (lawyer, insurance, inspector), and went above and beyond in addressing the normal bumps thst happened along the way (we weren't local for the closing so he did the walkthrough for us). Truly a professional with an unflappable demeanor and a calming nature. We've bought and sold more than a dozen homes in 11 state; in 25 transactions (buying, then selling each home) he is one of only 2 realtors we have been impressed by and highly recommend.

It was such a great experience working with Ed. He used to be a firefighter so he is knowledgeable of a lot of things that I don’t normally think of initially when viewing a home. I wanted to work with a realtor that’s straight to the point while at the same time completing their tasks efficiently. It’s a tough market right now and we knew what we were getting ourselves into.
