Born and raised in Philadelphia, Elan found his passion for real estate at an early age when he took the initiative to shadow a successful real estate investor for less than minimum wage, later passing up a scholarship to UPenn Wharton business school deciding to launch his career instead.

Working with Elan made the impossible possible. We had to downsize but were overwhelmed. He was patient, ingenious, and helped us find the helpers we needed. He also quickly developed a sense of what kind of new place we were looking for, which made every "trip to town" fruitful and meaningful. We had a bunch of health issues right in the middle of things, but Elan adjusted and was right there when we were healed. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
