Elijah did not have a signed agreement for property issues and so my husband and I are taking on the all repairs for a water leak, rotted deck joists, broken/crusty outlets, etc. he is going to cost us over 5k of repairs that should have been completed prior to moving in. We are extremely unhappy with his work and would not recommend. He is a nice person but needs significant improvements on being a realtor. He told us the whole time that things would be fixed and he had been in contract with the sellers agent. But was unable to follow through. This was our first time purchasing a home which took away from the joy of the purchase.
