It has been so wonderful working with Ellen Dempsey during my home buying process. She guided me so effectively during every stage from home showing to home closing! She is very knowledgeable and experienced and was constantly available to answer any questions during the time between offer acceptance and the close of the home. She was so responsive whenever I wanted to tour a home and made it happen, even when she wasn't available by sending one of her assistants within an hour's notice even! She is also extremely resourceful when it comes to any repair related questions and has pointed me to some very reliable agencies. I think Ellen was our real estate agent for a reason. She has such great experience, is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix area, and fights for the buyer. This was our first time buying a resale and Ellen made the process so smooth for us - she also very much understood what area and type of house would be best fitting for us in the current market. Would highly recommend her for those who are buying their first or second house, especially if they're unfamiliar with the resale buying process.
