Ellen has been AMAZING! We started looking at places while in town for Spring Training, thinking we would buy in another year or two. We found a place we liked, but it was overpriced then went off the market. Ellen kept tabs on the place, let us know it wasn't sold, reached out to the realtor on our behalf, and eventually convinced them to take our offer now instead of waiting until next season hoping to get a better price. She handled EVERYTHING for the inspection and sale since we didn't have time to get back to Arizona, and provided a list of recommendations when I needed to start on routine upkeep - handyman, HVAC company, roofer, pest control. She's a great down-to-earth person with deep practical experience as a realtor. She knows the market and where it's headed. We're thankful to have had such a great partner working with us through this. Call her - you won't be sorry!
