I think Ellen was our real estate agent for a reason. She has such great experience, is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix area, and fights for the buyer. This was our first time buying a resale and Ellen made the process so smooth for us - she also very much understood what area and type of house would be best fitting for us in the current market. Would highly recommend her for those who are buying their first or second house, especially if they're unfamiliar with the resale buying process.
