Ellie is simply the best. We met randomly when asking to see a great home in Daly City, she met us within the hour upon our request! We found the house was not our cup of tea, but she was confident that we would find the right one. We really appreciated her point of view, she is very knowledgeable about the local market, SF/Daly City/Pacifica, and has an excellent accurate feel for what houses will sell for. We had to sell our house first, before buying, so decided to give her a chance. She said we could do it, we trusted her, and she delivered. She brought in the perfect buyer for our house, and we got a quick close. Then she suggested we see a house we thought would not be suitable, she showed it to us, and we loved it. She showed us many more houses, but we ended up going with her recommendation in the end! Again she said we can do it, we trusted her, and she delivered. We got the house for 10k over our initial offer (totally acceptable), and had another very fast close (10 days). This is only possible if your team is super efficient. Ellie and her team are highly skilled, and helped us every step of the way. Along with being fast, accurate, and knowledgeable, she is also fun and cool, easy to talk too, and very good at handling the stress that comes with all this. I thank Ellie so much for everything. I can’t put into words the pleasure it was working with her and her team. She said we could do it, we trusted her, and she delivered. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It has been such a great experience working with Ellie. She helped us buy our home 8 years ago and and she just helped us close on the sale of the home.
