Ellie was absolutely fantastic in representing me as a buyer! From submitting our offer letter to staying in constant communication with escrow, lenders, and the seller's realtor, Ellie truly went above and beyond to guide me through every step of the process. Although she mentioned this was her first mobile/manufactured home sale, you would never know it—she exuded professionalism and expertise at every turn. Ellie made me feel like I wasn’t alone in this journey and was always there with stellar advice and support, especially when we ran into challenges with the mobile home park management. Her calm reassurance and dedication made all the difference in ensuring everything worked out in the end. Thank you, Ellie, for getting me through this process no matter how challenging we faced!

Even though we only worked together a short time Ellie was phenomenal to work with! Ellie seamlessly took over during a coworkers vacation and we were able to quickly identify a property we fell in love with. After viewing the property Ellie helped us come up with a strong, but very reasonable offer. Ultimately our offer was accepted and we made it through closing without any major hiccups. Overall Ellie was responsive, extremely helpful and honest. We'd highly recommend to work with her as your agent.
