The 1st time we met her I would say that she’s friendly and accommodating.. At times if we are suggesting to see a lists of homes in the Redfin there are side comments that she would tell like it’s on 3rd floor, no elevator or the house is not that renovated…so we will just say ok cancel… what really upset me is that when we already find a house, give the down payment… CLOSING was the hardest part because we’re expecting to get the key from her asap coz as a new owner we are excited to move and she should supposed to prioritize us but then she told us she was occupied the whole day and she can’t make it, told us that maybe we can see her and give the key the next day. It’s like begging her for us to get the house key and it’s not good…
