Eric was always on time always very helpful and patient and whenever we ran into a problem, he did not hesitate no matter what time it was to fix the problem and make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend him to all my friends that are looking for houses right now because how much he’s helped me and my husband since me and my husband never had a home before and this was our first one he helped us find the perfect match for what we wanted and kept us in touch with what the process was going to look like.

Eric was fine; however, because the agents could not sell my home, you priced my homes value on line after it expired with you for more than $31K less than the Board of Realtors currently price it's value. So because I allowed Refin to represent my home for 6 months, and because they were unable to sell my home, you have repaid me by pricing my home at an extremely unequitable value on line. Shame on you! and shame on me for working with you!
