Eric knows houses inside and out. As someone that used to make a living renovating houses, he was able to tell us how much different jobs would cost and in what time frame things would need to be replaced. Most importantly, he could pick out major problems and we avoided disasters. On our first walk through of the house that we bought, he estimated the age of the roof, appliances and windows. After we got all of the information on the house, we found he was spot on with his estimations down to the exact year. He did an incredible assessment and there hasn't been a single surprise since buying the house. Whether you want a fixer upper or something that has been renovated, he is essential.
