I am so glad I chose Eric to sell my home. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market as well as the style of houses in the area (60’s cinderblock, etc). I had an offer within 3 days for more than I expected. Very happy with the experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience being a first time home buyer. Eric was very responsive to all of my many questions and was also knowledgeable about the areas that I was interested in. I was impressed that he was able to find a new construction home within my budget that seems almost too good to be true. All in all, I would recommend Eric to any first time home buyers, especially those with tons of questions and anxiety.
