About Eric
I grew up in the Hudson Valley and learned the nuances of the New York City housing market back in 2015 under the guidance of a broker mentor. Attracted by a larger yet family-oriented approach, I landed at Charles Rutenberg LLC, guiding prospective renters and home buyers. I carved out a niche, focusing mainly on single-family properties, residential condos, cooperatives, and new developments within some of the most beloved neighborhoods in NYC. When I was offered the opportunity to open the Hudson Valley market for Better.com, it was an easy decision — joining forces with a company that aims to make home buying easier, faster, and more accessible. In that transition, I branched out to Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Ulster and Orange Counties, where I have closed about $45 million in transactions over the past three years and recognized on Better's TOP 10 agents nationwide. Recently, I moved over to HomeSmart while continuing to work as a partner agent with Better and now very excited to be partnering with Redfin as well.
