He listened carefully to what was important to us and provided recommendations. When we visited homes that did not meet any of the criteria he still always asked what we liked and did not like so that he could refine his understanding. He was with us through every step of the process, and well beyond his obligation. We are new to the area and he provided recommendations for all sorts of services - locksmiths, tree service, moving company - it was like having a friend in a city where you don't know anyone yet. My experience working with Eric and the whole Redfin team was perfect.
