Erica was great to work with. She is pleasant, available and prompt with help and responses. I particularly appreciated the numerous recommendations that she has for tradesmen (electrician, roofer, …) that can help inspect, repair, replace just about anything.

As a first-time home buyer, the process was stressful enough, and my process was a lot different than most due to the fact that I lost my job in the middle of the closing process. Erica was really helpful and we highly recommend her! My husband and I are living in different states and tried to buy a house without being there. Erica was always easy to contact and send us all the information or answered the questions we asked. We found the house we like and she helped us a lot behalf of us who weren't there. We are home owner now, thanks to Erica!

Erica is a great reliable realtor she sold my personal home and I called her in a snow blizzard to show me an investment property. Below zero and snow she assisted me to buy the home that day. Most people would make an excuse not to show but she did not and I bought it that day . If I would have waited I would have lost that deal. Nice job Erica! Best Regards, Mr. Ken

After her repeated attempts calling on me I agreed to meet with her and let her list my personal home and it was sold. She worked diligently to help me find my home. I was living about a hour to two hours away from her at the time, she would meet with my son and they would virtually show me a house. She was always easy to get in touch with and or she promptly returned a call to me. She was always proactive with closing information. My son is looking a becoming a real estate agent and she was welcoming to him with questions. I would most definitely recommend Erica to help with the purchase of a home.
