Erica helped my wife and I purchase a home in March/April of 2020, at the very onset of the Pandemic. It had to be one of the most turbulent times in recent memory, and that certainly pertains to real estate. Erica was professional, patient, and very accessible. She worked with two different lenders to find us the lowest rate. She was also great at negotiating the price and terms of the sale. Erica was fair and firm without being aggressive or pushy. From start to finish she did a great job finding us our dream home. I highly recommend Erica. She will be our realtor if we ever decide to move again.

Erica was an absolute joy to work with. Professional and approachable. She immediately responded to our enquiry while we were interviewing agents to sell our condo in Morro Bay. She impressed us both with her positive attitude and knowledge of the area. She put together a marketing plan, scheduled a professional photographer and had our place on the market in a week. It sold within a couple of weeks. She’s great with buyers and sellers. We could not have been happier with the personal service we received from Erica. She’s a star!
