We’ve worked with Erica just over a year with her. And she was very professional throughout the months. In the beginning she drew out a plan for us asking what we were looking for and what price range we felt comfortable with on the purchase side and selling side. We are investors and she had the most patience with us from the buying point to the selling portion. She’s very well rounded in real estate and knows her area very well. Erica has many connections wether it be realtors, lenders, contractors and stagers. She was very helpful I would recommend 1,000 percent . And by the way we are out of state investors and communication was always great!
