Take just a moment and think about the last time you flew in an airplane. You had substantial trust in the mechanics of the airplane, the processes of the airline company, and the abilities of the flight crew to get you safely to your destination.
You knew there was a good chance of hitting turbulence, and believed the pilot was capable of handling the bumps and jolts, minimizing the impacts on your comfort. A good pilot would regularly get on the intercom, keeping you informed of anticipated conditions and flight progress.
Now, let’s talk about the process of buying your Oregon real estate... There could be the pleasant surprise of reaching your destination faster than anticipated. There is a strong possibility of turbulence. Or, there could be delays.
Understand that as your pilot, no matter what the conditions, you will hear from me on a regular basis, with detailed updates as to the progress of your purchase. Know that I will be handling the bumps and jolts, finding solutions, following through to completion each needed inspection and contingency, even if you don’t hear from me that day.
I will run searches for comparable properties of interest, assessing locations and neighboring areas for values, and announcing your desires at our weekly realtor meetings. I will also reach out to existing investors in our area considering selling, and will often send letters to property owners of homes that may fit our criteria.
I have a team of realtors that work with me, and we all live and breathe real estate. Your needs and desires will be discussed at our weekly meetings, often prompting a realtor to remember a listing that may be of interest. You will also have regular updates and feed backs on our progress, and concentrated consistent efforts.
Most critical is the follow through and attention to detail once an offer has been accepted. I work diligently to keep the purchase in contract, helping to find solutions to any glitches that may arise. The most important thing to remember is that wherever I go, and whomever I talk to, people will know your search desires, and will be asked whom they know that wants to sell to you.
